SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Despatch

    The following is our policy on despatch:

    • All orders will endeavoured to be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order, however this can vary and a more accurate estimate of delivery is given at checkout.

    • All products sold by us are specially made to order, so ALL delivery times quoted are estimated and should be used as a guide only, they are NOT guaranteed. Should you require an order to be delivered by a specific date or sooner than the estimated date given, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so we can confirm if it is possible to fast track delivery. There is no additional charge for fast track despatch.

    • If your order contains items with different estimated dates, then we reserve the right ship when your whole order is ready.

    • If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you before the item is due to be delivered.

  • Deliveries

    The following is our policy on deliveries:

    • Deliveries are normally made on the next working day from dispatch but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 5 working days, especially if being sent outside of the UK mainland.

    • All deliveries are sent via a secure courier service or a Royal Mail tracked service.

    • Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.

    • All our deliveries are carefully packaged to ensure that your order arrives safely but sometimes our couriers do make mistakes. If you are unable to check your package in front of the delivery driver, please ensure that you sign for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' in the event of having to raise an insurance claim. All damages to goods must be notified to us within 1 working day from receipt or we will be unable to accept liability.

  • Overseas Orders

    The following is our overseas order policy:

    • Vital signs and print does not charge customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Vital signs and print.

    • Whilst we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order with Vital signs and print.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We hate to say this, but we’re unable to accept returns on your canvas photos, signs and banners, because they’re a made-to-order product so therefore don’t fall under the same return policy rules as general, non-bespoke products.

However, your satisfaction is of course essential, so if you receive an incorrect canvas,sign or banner or if it arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll put things right by reprinting and sending a replacement out as soon as we can! We do not refund damaged prints, we reprint them.

Of course if it arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to reprint to the original specifications providing you let us know within 14 days of receipt.

Reprints are at our discretion, and we’re afraid that we won’t reprint an order that has been fulfilled to your requirements. It’s up to the customer to ensure the specifications selected are correct before ordering – and if you’re a bit stuck or need some help, you can contact us by email or telephone for advice on the ordering process, and to check quality and sizing before ordering to ensure the specifications suit your needs.

If an order is placed we assume the specifications chosen are what is required and will print as best we can with the requirements chosen. If we believe the size you choose is of the wrong proportions, depth or bleed of the canvas, sign or banner we may alter some of the design aspects without prior notice to keep the composure of your canvas print. We would only ever do this to make the canvas, sign or banner better NOT worse!

We recommend that images are selected carefully prior to purchasing as we can’t provide refunds and will only reprint a canvas,sign or banner if the original one we send you is faulty. It’s the customers’ responsibility to provide a good quality image; if you’re unsure, we’re available by email, web chat or phone before purchasing to check this for you.
